Vivo iQOO 12 launched in India

The first phone that has been sold in India applying Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor is the iQOO 12, which is now officially available there. The gadget will come in two colours: Legend White and Alpha Black, featuring the BMW Motorsport emblem on the latter.

Open sales for the phone begin on December 14 at 12 p.m. from Amazon India, although customers of iQOO Priority Pass may purchase the phone one day early on December 12 for INR 999 (refundable).

The cost of the 16/512GB trim is INR 57,999 ($695), while the 12/256GB trim is INR 52,999 ($635). Owners of HDFC and ICICI bank cards are eligible for immediate savings of INR 3,000. Additionally, vivo is providing INR 5,000 for iQOO/vivo smartphones and INR 3,000 as an exchange incentive for non-vivo phones.
We had an opportunity to test drive the iQOO 12 in our in-depth written review, where we were impressed by its elegant appearance, superb AMOLED screen, and class-leading performance enabled by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. You can see some of the photos we took over the weekend while testing the phone’s camera here.
